How did remote connect to client machine? via built-in remote desktop connection tool or a installed remote desktop application? The issuewas Chrome's Hangout extension when in Windows "MustBeSeen" state is constantly notifying the host computer for some reason and brings itself, at least Windows Explorer which is what taskbar is part of, to the front and making the In Google Hangouts settings I now have "Always on Top" ticked off. However the floating Hangouts is under the fullscreen Remote Desktop. Notice the Floating hangout is gone because it is not running on the remote desktop computer which is in fullscreen The third image shows the Remote Desktop as it should be in fullscreen, that is on top. In Hangout settings "Always on top" is ticked on. The second image shows the Remote Desktop taskbar under the host desktop taskbar when in fullscreen. Notice the icons (the RDP desktop has the "FB" icon as the last before the notification area) and notice the floating Hangouts too. In the first picture I show two desktops.
